The problem
The City of Florence needed to submit their plan on how to use the incoming funds from the NRRP Recovery Plan. The plan touched four key points of the city life for an over 80 million euros investment on public green areas, mobility, digital technology and social/sport life. The Municipaly was overwhelmed by commitments, and they realized only 7 days before the event that a presentation of such importance needed graphic support, so that the audience would be able to better understand all the plan's expenses and investments.
The approach
I soon realized that me and my team only had 7 days to design everything from scratch: the event identity, the slides (which we had to update until the night before) and a 3 minute animated video that summarized the whole plan. I led this rush, liaising with the Communications Department, the Mayor and the councilors who were supposed to be on stage. We collected every feedback, trasnforming it into an immersive experience that took full advantage of the projection system of the room.
